熱水器水溫顯(xian)示數(shu)據出現異樣,致電售后部卻一直無人(ren)上門檢修。近(jin)日,南(nan)昌市民鄧女士向本報投訴皇明太(tai)陽能熱水器南(nan)昌售后部。
鄧女(nv)士介紹,去年3月(yue),她在位(wei)于(yu)南昌市南京西路上(shang)的皇(huang)明太陽能熱(re)水(shui)器專賣店(dian)花4600元購(gou)買(mai)了一臺(tai)熱(re)水(shui)器。今年1月(yue)初(chu),熱(re)水(shui)器顯(xian)(xian)示(shi)(shi)(shi)屏水(shui)溫(wen)顯(xian)(xian)示(shi)(shi)(shi)數據出(chu)現異樣。“下午(wu)顯(xian)(xian)示(shi)(shi)(shi)水(shui)溫(wen)約50℃,半夜水(shui)溫(wen)顯(xian)(xian)示(shi)(shi)(shi)反而升至(zhi)80℃,可實際水(shui)溫(wen)并(bing)不(bu)高。關(guan)閉電源后重新啟動熱(re)水(shui)器,水(shui)溫(wen)顯(xian)(xian)示(shi)(shi)(shi)又回到50℃左右。”
1月(yue)2日,鄧(deng)女士撥打皇(huang)(huang)明(ming)太(tai)(tai)陽能熱(re)(re)水(shui)器南(nan)昌服務熱(re)(re)線,一直無人接聽,致電全(quan)國(guo)客服熱(re)(re)線后,仍沒見人上(shang)門維修(xiu)。為此,她向南(nan)昌市12315消費者申(shen)訴(su)(su)舉報中(zhong)心投訴(su)(su)。經過協調,皇(huang)(huang)明(ming)太(tai)(tai)陽能熱(re)(re)水(shui)器售后部同意在本(ben)周六上(shang)門檢修(xiu)。
