我于(yu)網(wang)上(shang)購買的(de)價(jia)格為1107元(yuan)整(zheng)(zheng)的(de)靴子由于(yu)尺碼不(bu)符合我要求,于(yu)11月(yue)16日通(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)過(guo)申(shen)(shen)通(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)快(kuai)(kuai)遞(di)(di)(di)欲將該靴子郵(you)回江蘇賣(mai)(mai)家(jia)進行(xing)更換(huan),但(dan)過(guo)了(le)很久賣(mai)(mai)家(jia)都(dou)沒有(you)收到(dao),經(jing)調查申(shen)(shen)通(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)快(kuai)(kuai)遞(di)(di)(di)承認將我的(de)靴子在(zai)郵(you)寄過(guo)程中遺失。一開(kai)始申(shen)(shen)通(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)快(kuai)(kuai)遞(di)(di)(di)說(shuo)賠償我幾倍郵(you)費,但(dan)這和(he)我所花費的(de)1107元(yuan)相(xiang)差甚遠(yuan),故(gu)不(bu)能接受;后(hou)來(lai)又說(shuo)只(zhi)賠償我三(san)百元(yuan),仍不(bu)能讓我接受;最后(hou)申(shen)(shen)通(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)快(kuai)(kuai)遞(di)(di)(di)說(shuo)只(zhi)能最多賠付500元(yuan),而且說(shuo)這事按照他們(men)的(de)“條款(kuan)(kuan)”實行(xing)的(de)。難道剩(sheng)下的(de)667元(yuan)就只(zhi)能由我們(men)消費者(zhe)來(lai)承擔(dan)么(me)?整(zheng)(zheng)個過(guo)程我沒有(you)任何失當或者(zhe)信息填寫不(bu)完(wan)整(zheng)(zheng),我認為這就是(shi)申(shen)(shen)通(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)快(kuai)(kuai)遞(di)(di)(di)長久以來(lai)為自己開(kai)脫卸責的(de)“霸(ba)王條款(kuan)(kuan)”,如(ru)果一味不(bu)對(dui)這些部門加以監管,那么(me)損害的(de)將永遠(yuan)是(shi)我們(men)消費者(zhe),而鼓了(le)申(shen)(shen)通(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)快(kuai)(kuai)遞(di)(di)(di)的(de)腰包。我要求申(shen)(shen)通(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)快(kuai)(kuai)遞(di)(di)(di)賠付我當初所支付物(wu)品的(de)全款(kuan)(kuan),1107元(yuan)整(zheng)(zheng)。
