本(ben)人(ren)(ren)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)視(shi)亦未能幸(xing)免(mian),于2012年(nian)(nian)2月電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)源(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)板(ban)(ban)失(shi)(shi)靈,其(qi)時已超出延保期,只能付費(fei)(fei)維(wei)修(xiu)。在得知該(gai)系(xi)列機(ji)型(xing)的(de)(de)重大(da)缺陷情況下(xia),心存(cun)猶豫,是(shi)繼續相信LG用(yong)下(xia)去,還是(shi)轉投(tou)其(qi)他(ta)品(pin)牌。再三(san)(san)斟酌,本(ben)人(ren)(ren)與(yu)(yu)LG售(shou)(shou)后溝通(tong)后,選擇(ze)了付費(fei)(fei)維(wei)修(xiu)。更換電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)源(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)板(ban)(ban)完畢我不(bu)(bu)(bu)(bu)放心,問(wen)維(wei)修(xiu)師傅,新電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)源(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)板(ban)(ban)能用(yong)多久,回答說(shuo)一般四五年(nian)(nian)、但不(bu)(bu)(bu)(bu)敢保證,不(bu)(bu)(bu)(bu)過三(san)(san)兩年(nian)(nian)還是(shi)沒問(wen)題(ti)的(de)(de)。結果,2013年(nian)(nian)6月底該(gai)機(ji)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)源(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)板(ban)(ban)又(you)同樣失(shi)(shi)靈,無(wu)法(fa)(fa)正常(chang)開機(ji),LG派來(lai)的(de)(de)上門師傅檢修(xiu)后給出結論(lun)(lun),可以排除任何(he)人(ren)(ren)為(wei)(wei)(wei)因素,屬電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)源(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)板(ban)(ban)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)子元(yuan)器件本(ben)身的(de)(de)問(wen)題(ti),并再三(san)(san)肯定這個結論(lun)(lun)。而(er)此間的(de)(de)一年(nian)(nian)半(ban)時間,本(ben)人(ren)(ren)忙著搬家(jia),電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)視(shi)的(de)(de)使用(yong)率極(ji)低(di)。
為(wei)(wei)(wei)此,本(ben)人(ren)(ren)不(bu)(bu)(bu)(bu)得不(bu)(bu)(bu)(bu)再次(ci)與(yu)(yu)LG售(shou)(shou)后溝通(tong),希望(wang)討(tao)個說(shuo)法(fa)(fa)并尋求解(jie)決(jue)辦法(fa)(fa)。但售(shou)(shou)后態度不(bu)(bu)(bu)(bu)佳,不(bu)(bu)(bu)(bu)但未履行曾(ceng)許諾的(de)(de)1個工(gong)作(zuo)日(ri)內(nei)回復諾言,且不(bu)(bu)(bu)(bu)愿(yuan)(yuan)聽(ting)客(ke)戶訴說(shuo),堅持(chi)認(ren)為(wei)(wei)(wei)質量無(wu)問(wen)題(ti),不(bu)(bu)(bu)(bu)斷重復保修(xiu)條款。為(wei)(wei)(wei)此本(ben)人(ren)(ren)甚(shen)為(wei)(wei)(wei)失(shi)(shi)望(wang),LG何(he)以無(wu)視(shi)消費(fei)(fei)者的(de)(de)心聲,特別是(shi)傷害那些本(ben)身愿(yuan)(yuan)意(yi)支持(chi)他(ta)的(de)(de)用(yong)戶?同時,既然已經意(yi)識到問(wen)題(ti),做不(bu)(bu)(bu)(bu)到大(da)規(gui)模召回,為(wei)(wei)(wei)何(he)不(bu)(bu)(bu)(bu)選擇(ze)較妥(tuo)協的(de)(de)辦法(fa)(fa)予以解(jie)決(jue),如(ru)適當(dang)減(jian)免(mian)該(gai)系(xi)列電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)視(shi)的(de)(de)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)源(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)板(ban)(ban)維(wei)修(xiu)費(fei)(fei),僅收取零件費(fei)(fei)等(deng)。如(ru)此大(da)的(de)(de)國際品(pin)牌,卻沒有承認(ren)錯誤的(de)(de)誠懇態度和與(yu)(yu)客(ke)戶為(wei)(wei)(wei)中(zhong)心的(de)(de)服務精神,試問(wen)誰(shui)來(lai)支持(chi)你?只怕愛你傷不(bu)(bu)(bu)(bu)起。
