今年4月底在京東商城購買(mai)的(de)美旳電壓(ya)力鍋(guo),送(song)來就是(shi)壞(huai)的(de),京(jing)東(dong)(dong)聯(lian)(lian)(lian)系(xi)當(dang)地維(wei)修(xiu)點(dian)上(shang)(shang)門維(wei)修(xiu)了(le),然后7月初(chu)又出現(xian)同(tong)樣(yang)的(de)問(wen)(wen)題跑(pao)氣導致無(wu)法使用(yong),再(zai)(zai)聯(lian)(lian)(lian)系(xi)京(jing)東(dong)(dong)回復是(shi)寄(ji)(ji)回京(jing)東(dong)(dong)倉庫,30天(tian)維(wei)修(xiu)后再(zai)(zai)返回來并(bing)且郵費(fei)(fei)不報(bao)銷(xiao)。于是(shi)在(zai)京(jing)東(dong)(dong)上(shang)(shang)在(zai)線投(tou)訴為(wei)什么(me)不能進行當(dang)地維(wei)修(xiu),網頁上(shang)(shang)寫的(de)很明白是(shi)一(yi)年(nian)內全(quan)國聯(lian)(lian)(lian)保,不僅欺騙消費(fei)(fei)者而且維(wei)修(xiu)郵寄(ji)(ji)費(fei)(fei)還需要(yao)自理(li)。投(tou)訴后京(jing)東(dong)(dong)回復只(zhi)(zhi)是(shi)抱歉,說郵寄(ji)(ji)費(fei)(fei)用(yong)修(xiu)理(li)完后再(zai)(zai)聯(lian)(lian)(lian)系(xi)他們報(bao)銷(xiao)。然后按照(zhao)他們流程給寄(ji)(ji)回去(qu)了(le),再(zai)(zai)聯(lian)(lian)(lian)系(xi)客服卻說只(zhi)(zhi)能按規定同(tong)意報(bao)銷(xiao)9元。電壓(ya)力鍋(guo)6、7公(gong)斤,我運費(fei)(fei)就花了(le)58,只(zhi)(zhi)報(bao)9元,再(zai)(zai)一(yi)次(ci)(ci)欺騙顧(gu)客。
京(jing)東(dong)(dong)此次(ci)(ci)事(shi)件2次(ci)(ci)欺騙消費(fei)(fei)者:
1,網頁上(shang)(shang)聲稱全(quan)國聯(lian)(lian)(lian)保其實(shi)不行(產品網頁售(shou)后保障可證明)
2,郵費(fei)(fei)事(shi)情(qing)上(shang)(shang)不說明情(qing)況,客戶郵寄(ji)(ji)完才說只(zhi)(zhi)能額定報(bao)銷(xiao),第二(er)次(ci)(ci)欺騙。(有投(tou)訴記錄證明)
要(yao)求:不到半年(nian)連續(xu)出現(xian)問(wen)(wen)題,明顯是(shi)個(ge)問(wen)(wen)題產品,更換新產品并(bing)且報(bao)銷(xiao)郵費(fei)(fei)。并(bing)且對網站(zhan)產品售(shou)后保障說明上(shang)(shang)欺騙消費(fei)(fei)者一(yi)事(shi)上(shang)(shang)做說明
