春節期間長三角市場監管投訴受理超5萬件 超八成為線上消費

今年(nian)春節長假期間(jian),三(san)省一市市場監管(guan)投訴(su)舉報受理總量(liang)50175件,其中線(xian)上消(xiao)費訴(su)求(qiu)占(zhan)82%,線(xian)下消(xiao)費訴(su)求(qiu)占(zhan)18%。
近日,上海(hai)市(shi)場監管(guan)局公布春節長(chang)假(jia)期間(jian)長(chang)三角(jiao)消費(fei)投訴分析,長(chang)三角(jiao)三省一市(shi)市(shi)場監管(guan)投訴舉(ju)報受理總量達(da)50175件。
數(shu)據顯(xian)示,長假期間,三省一市市場監管(guan)投(tou)訴(su)舉報(bao)系統共(gong)受(shou)理(li)(li)投(tou)訴(su)41991件(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)、登記舉報(bao)8184件(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)、解答(da)咨詢50659件(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)。其中,上海市受(shou)理(li)(li)投(tou)訴(su)14130件(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)、登記舉報(bao)2603件(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)、解答(da)咨詢27040件(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian);江(jiang)蘇省受(shou)理(li)(li)投(tou)訴(su)8991件(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)、登記舉報(bao)2214件(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)、解答(da)咨詢10091件(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian);浙江(jiang)省受(shou)理(li)(li)投(tou)訴(su)13056件(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)、登記舉報(bao)2497件(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)、解答(da)咨詢3045件(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian);安徽(hui)省受(shou)理(li)(li)投(tou)訴(su)5814件(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)、登記舉報(bao)870件(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)、解答(da)咨詢10483件(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)。
從(cong)(cong)消費(fei)方式(shi)看,線上消費(fei)訴(su)(su)求(qiu)占(zhan)82%,線下消費(fei)訴(su)(su)求(qiu)占(zhan)18%;從(cong)(cong)涉及(ji)行業領域看,主(zhu)要集(ji)中于服(fu)(fu)(fu)裝(zhuang)鞋帽、食(shi)品(pin)(pin)、銷售服(fu)(fu)(fu)務、家居(ju)用品(pin)(pin)、餐飲住宿(su)服(fu)(fu)(fu)務等(deng)領域;從(cong)(cong)反(fan)映問題(ti)(ti)看,主(zhu)要涉及(ji)經(jing)營者售后服(fu)(fu)(fu)務、產品(pin)(pin)質量、合同(tong)履行、廣告宣傳等(deng)方面問題(ti)(ti)。
為助力鞏固當前市場經濟和消費(fei)(fei)回升向(xiang)好態(tai)勢,三(san)省一市市場監管部(bu)門立足長三(san)角一體(ti)化發(fa)展和全(quan)國統一大(da)市場建設大(da)局,加強消費(fei)(fei)維權協(xie)同(tong)聯(lian)動(dong),持續深(shen)化完(wan)善(shan)“滿意消費(fei)(fei)長三(san)角行動(dong)”和“優(you)化政務便(bian)民熱線”等重要舉措,長三(san)角假(jia)日消費(fei)(fei)維權總體(ti)平穩,公眾訴求渠道暢通有序。
據統計,今年(nian)春節長(chang)假(jia)期間,上海(hai)市(shi)市(shi)場監(jian)管投(tou)訴(su)(su)(su)舉報系(xi)統受(shou)理消費(fei)者(zhe)投(tou)訴(su)(su)(su)數量(liang)與去年(nian)長(chang)假(jia)相(xiang)比(bi)(bi)基本保持平穩態勢(shi)。涉及線上消費(fei)訴(su)(su)(su)求(qiu)(qiu)(qiu)占訴(su)(su)(su)求(qiu)(qiu)(qiu)總量(liang)比(bi)(bi)重超八成(cheng),其中(zhong)服(fu)(fu)裝鞋帽、食(shi)品(pin)(pin)、家居用品(pin)(pin)等(deng)(deng)線上消費(fei)訴(su)(su)(su)求(qiu)(qiu)(qiu)相(xiang)對集中(zhong),電(dian)商(shang)網購、直(zhi)播帶(dai)貨、短視頻帶(dai)貨、社(she)交電(dian)商(shang)等(deng)(deng)消費(fei)熱度(du)不減,相(xiang)關(guan)領(ling)域消費(fei)糾紛及維權訴(su)(su)(su)求(qiu)(qiu)(qiu)有所增多。從訴(su)(su)(su)求(qiu)(qiu)(qiu)反映內容看,消費(fei)者(zhe)對經營者(zhe)提(ti)供商(shang)品(pin)(pin)服(fu)(fu)務(尤其是售后服(fu)(fu)務)的品(pin)(pin)質(zhi)(zhi)需求(qiu)(qiu)(qiu)度(du)和關(guan)注度(du)有所提(ti)升(sheng)。在長(chang)假(jia)期間系(xi)統受(shou)理的投(tou)訴(su)(su)(su)中(zhong),涉及經營者(zhe)售后服(fu)(fu)務問題占比(bi)(bi)近四成(cheng),主要反映在線客服(fu)(fu)推諉搪塞(sai)或(huo)電(dian)話(hua)無人接聽、商(shang)品(pin)(pin)“三包”服(fu)(fu)務未(wei)履行、上門(men)送貨安裝不及時等(deng)(deng)。從訴(su)(su)(su)求(qiu)(qiu)(qiu)品(pin)(pin)類來看,更顯“智(zhi)(zhi)能(neng)(neng)化(hua)”趨勢(shi),涉及各(ge)類智(zhi)(zhi)能(neng)(neng)化(hua)消費(fei)品(pin)(pin)(如智(zhi)(zhi)能(neng)(neng)家居、智(zhi)(zhi)能(neng)(neng)穿戴(dai)等(deng)(deng)商(shang)品(pin)(pin))訴(su)(su)(su)求(qiu)(qiu)(qiu)較(jiao)去年(nian)有所增多,主要反映商(shang)品(pin)(pin)質(zhi)(zhi)量(liang)、宣傳及售后等(deng)(deng)方(fang)面(mian)問題。
