2013年5月6日下午快(kuai)件到(dao)達之(zhi)后,圓(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)通(tong)(tong)(tong)公(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)司(si)打電話要收件人(ren)(ren)自取,一(yi)(yi)會(hui)兒(er)說(shuo)(shuo)送(song)貨員(yuan)不(bu)在(zai)(zai),一(yi)(yi)會(hui)兒(er)又(you)說(shuo)(shuo)送(song)貨員(yuan)忙(mang),請問這是(shi)理由嗎?在(zai)(zai)本人(ren)(ren)強烈要求(qiu)之(zhi)下,圓(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)通(tong)(tong)(tong)公(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)司(si)明確答(da)應于2013年5月5日晚上(shang)19-20點之(zhi)間送(song)貨上(shang)門,但是(shi)一(yi)(yi)直等(deng)(deng)到(dao)此時(shi),38個小(xiao)時(shi)都(dou)過去了,卻(que)沒(mei)有一(yi)(yi)點消(xiao)(xiao)息,圓(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)通(tong)(tong)(tong)公(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)司(si)如此隨意(yi)拒絕(jue)派送(song),虛假(jia)承(cheng)諾,肆(si)意(yi)欺(qi)騙消(xiao)(xiao)費(fei)者(zhe),試(shi)問誠信何(he)在(zai)(zai)?公(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)平何(he)在(zai)(zai)?行(xing)業(ye)規范何(he)在(zai)(zai)?況(kuang)且圓(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)通(tong)(tong)(tong)公(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)司(si)這種惡(e)劣行(xing)為已經有多(duo)次(ci)在(zai)(zai)本收件人(ren)(ren)身上(shang)發(fa)生(單號分別(bie)是(shi):2863109465;3085419759;2854714033....),本人(ren)(ren)也(ye)多(duo)次(ci)打電話到(dao)圓(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)通(tong)(tong)(tong)客(ke)服(fu)反映投訴,但圓(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)通(tong)(tong)(tong)公(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)司(si)不(bu)但不(bu)吸取教(jiao)訓,提高服(fu)務,反而(er)對此等(deng)(deng)卑劣的侵(qin)權行(xing)徑一(yi)(yi)再股息放縱,而(er)且還愈演愈烈實(shi)在(zai)(zai)讓廣大消(xiao)(xiao)費(fei)者(zhe)無比的冤屈和(he)憤恨。如果這等(deng)(deng)欺(qi)騙消(xiao)(xiao)費(fei)者(zhe)的行(xing)為不(bu)及時(shi)加以(yi)制(zhi)止和(he)嚴(yan)懲,難以(yi)平民憤,難以(yi)維護快(kuai)遞行(xing)業(ye)的誠信健康規范的發(fa)展(zhan),難以(yi)維護公(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)平合法的市場交易環境!
要求(qiu):
1,圓(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)通(tong)(tong)(tong)公(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)司(si)公(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)開道歉(qian)
2,圓(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)通(tong)(tong)(tong)快(kuai)遞公(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)司(si)支付雙(shuang)倍運費(fei)做為違約賠償金
3,圓(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)通(tong)(tong)(tong)公(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)司(si)加強管理,改善服(fu)務
