通(tong)(tong)過(guo)EMS郵(you)(you)(you)(you)(you)(you)遞(di)(di)(di)包裹(guo),從新加(jia)坡(po)(po)(po)寄往廣(guang)(guang)州(zhou)(zhou)(zhou),郵(you)(you)(you)(you)(you)(you)遞(di)(di)(di)單號:ER394981387SG,包裹(guo)內(nei)(nei)(nei)容(rong):三星手(shou)機note2 LTE一部(bu)(bu)(全(quan)新,未(wei)拆封,價(jia)值5000元(yuan)),身份證(zheng)一張,手(shou)機配(pei)件(jian)(jian)(貼膜等)若(ruo)干。4月(yue)(yue)27日(ri)(ri)(ri)(ri),新加(jia)坡(po)(po)(po)郵(you)(you)(you)(you)(you)(you)政EMS投寄,通(tong)(tong)過(guo)網上(shang)查(cha)詢(xun)信(xin)息(xi),4月(yue)(yue)30日(ri)(ri)(ri)(ri)離開新加(jia)坡(po)(po)(po),5月(yue)(yue)1日(ri)(ri)(ri)(ri)經過(guo)航空運輸(shu),但EMS官(guan)網上(shang)一直(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)沒(mei)(mei)有(you)發布到(dao)達(da)(da)廣(guang)(guang)州(zhou)(zhou)(zhou)的(de)(de)消息(xi),直(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)至5月(yue)(yue)8號,網上(shang)信(xin)息(xi)更新,到(dao)達(da)(da)廣(guang)(guang)州(zhou)(zhou)(zhou),5月(yue)(yue)8日(ri)(ri)(ri)(ri)的(de)(de)第(di)二條消息(xi)是退(tui)回新加(jia)坡(po)(po)(po)。郵(you)(you)(you)(you)(you)(you)件(jian)(jian)在沒(mei)(mei)有(you)通(tong)(tong)知(zhi)收(shou)件(jian)(jian)人的(de)(de)情況下(xia)直(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)接(jie)被退(tui)回了,后(hou)來(lai)被告(gao)(gao)知(zhi),郵(you)(you)(you)(you)(you)(you)件(jian)(jian)因(yin)為(wei)(wei)包裝嚴重破損,郵(you)(you)(you)(you)(you)(you)件(jian)(jian)內(nei)(nei)(nei)物(wu)品丟失(shi),所以(yi)直(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)接(jie)退(tui)回了。通(tong)(tong)過(guo)寄件(jian)(jian)方在新加(jia)坡(po)(po)(po)EMS查(cha)詢(xun)得(de)知(zhi),目前郵(you)(you)(you)(you)(you)(you)件(jian)(jian)內(nei)(nei)(nei)只(zhi)剩下(xia)身份證(zheng)一張,手(shou)機與(yu)手(shou)機配(pei)件(jian)(jian)等全(quan)部(bu)(bu)被偷(tou)。新加(jia)坡(po)(po)(po)EMS告(gao)(gao)知(zhi),郵(you)(you)(you)(you)(you)(you)件(jian)(jian)5月(yue)(yue)2日(ri)(ri)(ri)(ri)到(dao)達(da)(da)廣(guang)(guang)州(zhou)(zhou)(zhou),廣(guang)(guang)州(zhou)(zhou)(zhou)EMS一直(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)沒(mei)(mei)有(you)跟(gen)蹤此郵(you)(you)(you)(you)(you)(you)件(jian)(jian),導致被盜(dao)(dao)。現在新加(jia)坡(po)(po)(po)EMS給(gei)(gei)出(chu)賠償(chang)(chang)150元(yuan)新幣(約人民幣750元(yuan))的(de)(de)賠償(chang)(chang)答復,不(bu)予接(jie)受,要求賠償(chang)(chang)實(shi)際(ji)手(shou)機價(jia)值5000元(yuan)人民幣。
