2013年(nian)6月,在湖北武昌(chang)寄(ji)快遞(di)發往江(jiang)蘇。運輸過(guo)程中因申(shen)通(tong)自(zi)己運輸不(bu)當造成(cheng)大面(mian)積油漬(zi)污染,導致所寄(ji)衣物全部報廢(fei)。為此要求武昌(chang)公(gong)(gong)(gong)司(si)(si)索(suo)賠,歷時一月之久,申(shen)通(tong)武昌(chang)公(gong)(gong)(gong)司(si)(si)最后回復是(shi)讓收(shou)件(jian)員(yuan)自(zi)己和我解決,至于賠多(duo)賠少那就全靠收(shou)件(jian)員(yuan)口(kou)頭功夫了。現在收(shou)件(jian)員(yuan)直(zhi)接撂(liao)下(xia)“只能(neng)賠200,多(duo)的賠不(bu)起,不(bu)行就找總公(gong)(gong)(gong)司(si)(si)。”的話(hua)。無奈(nai)再打(da)總公(gong)(gong)(gong)司(si)(si)電話(hua),總公(gong)(gong)(gong)司(si)(si)說(shuo)賠償(chang)到武昌(chang)公(gong)(gong)(gong)司(si)(si),我們不(bu)管。真是(shi)互打(da)太(tai)極,把(ba)消費(fei)者(zhe)利益置于何處?難道申(shen)通(tong)的服務宗旨就是(shi)拿消費(fei)者(zhe)當猴耍(shua)?
