2013.10.11從深圳發往邯鄲,世嘉導(dao)航1臺,價(jia)值1480元,10.15日,當時收(shou)(shou)(shou)件(jian)(jian)(jian)人(ren)(ren)(ren)本人(ren)(ren)(ren)不在(zai)家(jia),快(kuai)遞(di)(di)員電話給(gei)收(shou)(shou)(shou)件(jian)(jian)(jian)人(ren)(ren)(ren),收(shou)(shou)(shou)件(jian)(jian)(jian)人(ren)(ren)(ren)要(yao)求(qiu)改(gai)日派送,但快(kuai)遞(di)(di)員要(yao)求(qiu)把件(jian)(jian)(jian)放在(zai)收(shou)(shou)(shou)件(jian)(jian)(jian)人(ren)(ren)(ren)的(de)(de)住社(she)區里(li)的(de)(de)超市,為避免產品(pin)丟失,收(shou)(shou)(shou)件(jian)(jian)(jian)人(ren)(ren)(ren)無奈,考慮家(jia)里(li)有年邁老(lao)母親,于是(shi)讓快(kuai)遞(di)(di)送往其(qi)家(jia)中,其(qi)母親不會寫字(zi)不識字(zi),快(kuai)遞(di)(di)員代其(qi)母簽收(shou)(shou)(shou)了(le)快(kuai)遞(di)(di),次日,收(shou)(shou)(shou)件(jian)(jian)(jian)人(ren)(ren)(ren)回到(dao)家(jia)里(li)拆箱(xiang),發現產品(pin)屏(ping)幕、外殼、配件(jian)(jian)(jian)嚴重破損。
投訴(su)原由:
1.收(shou)(shou)(shou)件(jian)(jian)(jian)人(ren)(ren)(ren)本人(ren)(ren)(ren)不在(zai)家(jia),收(shou)(shou)(shou)件(jian)(jian)(jian)人(ren)(ren)(ren)要(yao)求(qiu)次日派送,快(kuai)遞(di)(di)員不應拒絕,更(geng)不應要(yao)求(qiu)將產品(pin)放到(dao)別處(社(she)區超市),純(chun)屬惡性(xing)逼迫收(shou)(shou)(shou)件(jian)(jian)(jian)人(ren)(ren)(ren)簽收(shou)(shou)(shou);
2.派件(jian)(jian)(jian)快(kuai)遞(di)(di)員作為專業的(de)(de)快(kuai)遞(di)(di)人(ren)(ren)(ren)員,理(li)應有義務和責任,開箱(xiang)驗貨(huo)再(zai)簽收(shou)(shou)(shou)。
要(yao)求(qiu):中通快(kuai)遞(di)(di)必(bi)須(xu)為此承擔(dan)產品(pin)破損及發貨(huo)運費和補發貨(huo)運費等相(xiang)關損失。
