本(ben)人2007年(nian)(nian)辦理一(yi)張工(gong)(gong)(gong)商(shang)銀行(xing)(xing)(xing)信(xin)(xin)用(yong)卡(ka),一(yi)直(zhi)在使用(yong)并(bing)且信(xin)(xin)用(yong)較好,我(wo)(wo)(wo)的(de)(de)賬單(dan)還(huan)(huan)(huan)款(kuan)日(ri)(ri)是每月(yue)(yue)(yue)25號(hao)(hao).2013年(nian)(nian)4月(yue)(yue)(yue)消(xiao)費(fei)了(le)一(yi)筆(bi)4萬(wan)元(yuan),那么(me)在5月(yue)(yue)(yue)25號(hao)(hao)我(wo)(wo)(wo)應該還(huan)(huan)(huan)上這筆(bi)錢,可(ke)是我(wo)(wo)(wo)在5月(yue)(yue)(yue)23日(ri)(ri)就通過拉(la)(la)(la)(la)卡(ka)拉(la)(la)(la)(la)還(huan)(huan)(huan)了(le)這筆(bi)錢,25日(ri)(ri)拉(la)(la)(la)(la)卡(ka)拉(la)(la)(la)(la)并(bing)沒有把錢到(dao)(dao)工(gong)(gong)(gong)行(xing)(xing)(xing)信(xin)(xin)用(yong)卡(ka)賬號(hao)(hao),26日(ri)(ri)我(wo)(wo)(wo)收到(dao)(dao)工(gong)(gong)(gong)行(xing)(xing)(xing)信(xin)(xin)息提示(shi)我(wo)(wo)(wo)信(xin)(xin)用(yong)卡(ka)未(wei)及時(shi)(shi)還(huan)(huan)(huan)款(kuan),我(wo)(wo)(wo)致(zhi)電給工(gong)(gong)(gong)行(xing)(xing)(xing)客服(fu)。在他們(men)的(de)(de)建(jian)議(yi)下我(wo)(wo)(wo)用(yong)現金又(you)還(huan)(huan)(huan)了(le)一(yi)筆(bi)4萬(wan)元(yuan)錢,結果工(gong)(gong)(gong)行(xing)(xing)(xing)收了(le)我(wo)(wo)(wo)199.89的(de)(de)滯納金+759.96的(de)(de)利(li)息=959.85元(yuan)。我(wo)(wo)(wo)接受不(bu)了(le)工(gong)(gong)(gong)行(xing)(xing)(xing)這種亂收費(fei)和不(bu)合理的(de)(de)行(xing)(xing)(xing)為。拉(la)(la)(la)(la)卡(ka)拉(la)(la)(la)(la)是一(yi)個第三(san)方機構和銀行(xing)(xing)(xing)之間有合作關系(xi)的(de)(de),我(wo)(wo)(wo)在規(gui)定時(shi)(shi)間內以還(huan)(huan)(huan)款(kuan)了(le),是拉(la)(la)(la)(la)卡(ka)拉(la)(la)(la)(la)原因(yin)導致(zhi)沒有及時(shi)(shi)到(dao)(dao)帳戶的(de)(de),并(bing)不(bu)是我(wo)(wo)(wo)的(de)(de)原因(yin)。并(bing)且26號(hao)(hao)我(wo)(wo)(wo)又(you)重(zhong)復還(huan)(huan)(huan)了(le)一(yi)筆(bi)4萬(wan)元(yuan)。為什(shen)么(me)還(huan)(huan)(huan)要(yao)收我(wo)(wo)(wo)滯納金和利(li)息。
