2013年1月份通(tong)過京(jing)東(dong)商城購(gou)買天(tian)語(yu)(yu)S717一(yi)部(bu)(bu),使用不(bu)到(dao)15天(tian),發(fa)現(xian)該手機經常死機,且(qie)手機屏(ping)(ping)幕內進(jin)(jin)灰(hui)嚴(yan)(yan)(yan)重(zhong)(zhong),不(bu)是(shi)(shi)小(xiao)范圍進(jin)(jin)灰(hui),而是(shi)(shi)屏(ping)(ping)幕內全部(bu)(bu)都是(shi)(shi)灰(hui)點,于(yu)(yu)是(shi)(shi)15日(ri)(ri)(ri)內拿到(dao)濟(ji)南當地趵(bao)北路天(tian)語(yu)(yu)客服要(yao)求(qiu)(qiu)換機,售后(hou)答復進(jin)(jin)灰(hui)不(bu)屬于(yu)(yu)質量問題,不(bu)給(gei)開具(ju)換機證明,只給(gei)維修,本(ben)人于(yu)(yu)1月23日(ri)(ri)(ri)、2月3日(ri)(ri)(ri)、4月1日(ri)(ri)(ri)等先后(hou)5次(ci)(ci)到(dao)達天(tian)語(yu)(yu)客服進(jin)(jin)行處理,每次(ci)(ci)都是(shi)(shi)進(jin)(jin)行清理,結果一(yi)次(ci)(ci)比一(yi)次(ci)(ci)嚴(yan)(yan)(yan)重(zhong)(zhong),由于(yu)(yu)進(jin)(jin)灰(hui)嚴(yan)(yan)(yan)重(zhong)(zhong),手機根本(ben)無法使用,在(zai)本(ben)人的強烈要(yao)求(qiu)(qiu)下,4月3日(ri)(ri)(ri)天(tian)語(yu)(yu)售后(hou)無法換機但是(shi)(shi)可以(yi)進(jin)(jin)行換屏(ping)(ping)處理,讓等待,在(zai)多次(ci)(ci)催促并撥打天(tian)語(yu)(yu)4007009966電(dian)話反映的將近一(yi)個月以(yi)后(hou),4月25日(ri)(ri)(ri)天(tian)語(yu)(yu)終(zhong)于(yu)(yu)給(gei)換了個屏(ping)(ping),可是(shi)(shi)使用一(yi)天(tian)之后(hou),發(fa)現(xian)故障依然如故,且(qie)比以(yi)前進(jin)(jin)灰(hui)更(geng)嚴(yan)(yan)(yan)重(zhong)(zhong),屏(ping)(ping)幕模糊不(bu)清,要(yao)求(qiu)(qiu)換機,天(tian)語(yu)(yu)售后(hou)拒絕,本(ben)人已(yi)經徹底(di)對該手機失去(qu)信心。要(yao)求(qiu)(qiu)更(geng)換新機。
