第(di)(di)四次(ci)(ci)2013年(nian)(nian)7月9月7日(ri),打(da)電(dian)話(hua)(hua)投(tou)訴10086,說(shuo)了(le)(le)大(da)體情(qing)(qing)況(kuang)(kuang)候,被告知(zhi)電(dian)話(hua)(hua)要轉到(dao)相關技(ji)術(shu)部(bu)門,可是(shi)(shi)(shi)沒有(you)(you)(you)接通(tong)(tong)(tong),說(shuo)客(ke)服(fu)人員(yuan)都忙(mang),之(zhi)(zhi)后(hou)(hou)(hou)(hou)(hou)(hou)多(duo)次(ci)(ci)撥打(da)10086,連(lian)(lian)(lian)人工(gong)客(ke)服(fu)都無(wu)(wu)(wu)法(fa)(fa)打(da)通(tong)(tong)(tong),估計是(shi)(shi)(shi)被拉進(jin)黑名單了(le)(le)吧(ba)。簡直是(shi)(shi)(shi)侮辱人格!
