投訴內容:2016年5月(yue)1號買的紅米3手機(ji)。 剛用就不(bu)(bu)能(neng)正(zheng)常(chang)(chang)(chang)(chang)接(jie)打電(dian)(dian)(dian)話(hua):由(you)于手機(ji)問題有(you)好多朋友(you)表示(shi)打這個(ge)手機(ji)(有(you)正(zheng)常(chang)(chang)(chang)(chang)信號的區域)都無法接(jie)通,撥(bo)打電(dian)(dian)(dian)話(hua)時(shi)候(hou)(hou)經(jing)常(chang)(chang)(chang)(chang)顯示(shi)“無法連(lian)接(jie)到(dao)移(yi)動(dong)(dong)網絡(luo)”。耽誤(wu)(wu)了(le)(le)好多事(shi),造成了(le)(le)巨大損失(shi)!在天貓(mao)(mao)平(ping)(ping)臺申請(qing)退貨,被要(yao)求返回(hui)維修(xiu)。 退回(hui)返修(xiu)(換了(le)(le)同(tong)軸線(xian))但還(huan)是(shi)(shi)不(bu)(bu)能(neng)正(zheng)常(chang)(chang)(chang)(chang)接(jie)打電(dian)(dian)(dian)話(hua):收到(dao)維修(xiu)的手機(ji)撥(bo)打了(le)(le)10086打通了(le)(le),于是(shi)(shi)就當天換上了(le)(le)移(yi)動(dong)(dong)手機(ji)卡,當天就沒(mei)(mei)有(you)接(jie)到(dao)好多的電(dian)(dian)(dian)話(hua),其中(zhong)有(you)快遞員(yuan)撥(bo)打了(le)(le)10幾個(ge)電(dian)(dian)(dian)話(hua)這個(ge)手機(ji)都不(bu)(bu)能(neng)接(jie)到(dao),身(shen)邊(bian)朋友(you)提供微信聯系到(dao)我,才發(fa)現又(you)耽誤(wu)(wu)大事(shi)了(le)(le)。專門(men)找(zhao)了(le)(le)另一個(ge)正(zheng)常(chang)(chang)(chang)(chang)手機(ji)在正(zheng)常(chang)(chang)(chang)(chang)情況下檢驗(yan)發(fa)現撥(bo)打電(dian)(dian)(dian)話(hua)有(you)時(shi)候(hou)(hou)可以有(you)時(shi)候(hou)(hou)又(you)不(bu)(bu)可以,接(jie)聽電(dian)(dian)(dian)話(hua)也是(shi)(shi)這樣(yang)。與天貓(mao)(mao)平(ping)(ping)臺溝通沒(mei)(mei)有(you)回(hui)應(ying)!剛買的手機(ji)就沒(mei)(mei)有(you)用而且耽誤(wu)(wu)了(le)(le)一個(ge)多月(yue),損失(shi)巨大,聯系售后但是(shi)(shi)至今未處理!
