2016年(nian)6月7日(ri)(ri)訂單(1975381157380821),6月9日(ri)(ri)晚(wan)收到(dao)(dao)手(shou)機(ji)(ji),20天(tian)后手(shou)機(ji)(ji)每小(xiao)時自(zi)動(dong)重(zhong)啟,7月8日(ri)(ri)送(song)(song)北京售后點(dian)維(wei)(wei)修(xiu),7月17日(ri)(ri)收到(dao)(dao)寄回的手(shou)機(ji)(ji),問(wen)(wen)(wen)題(ti)(ti)(ti)變更(geng)嚴重(zhong),開機(ji)(ji)都(dou)(dou)開不了(le),再(zai)次送(song)(song)到(dao)(dao)北京售后點(dian)維(wei)(wei)修(xiu),維(wei)(wei)修(xiu)后收到(dao)(dao)手(shou)機(ji)(ji)又出現同(tong)樣問(wen)(wen)(wen)題(ti)(ti)(ti),開不了(le)機(ji)(ji),聯系客服要(yao)求換貨或(huo)(huo)退貨,客服不同(tong)意,而再(zai)要(yao)求送(song)(song)檢測維(wei)(wei)修(xiu),小(xiao)米(mi)公(gong)(gong)司就是這樣解(jie)決問(wen)(wen)(wen)題(ti)(ti)(ti)的嗎?且每次送(song)(song)修(xiu)快遞(di)費(fei)不給退還,只補代(dai)用券。客服服務(wu)更(geng)離譜,一次交談換10多人次,回一句話等20-30分鐘,這都(dou)(dou)可(ke)以忍受(shou),但手(shou)機(ji)(ji)質量問(wen)(wen)(wen)題(ti)(ti)(ti)一直沒得(de)到(dao)(dao)解(jie)決,不可(ke)接受(shou)。小(xiao)米(mi)公(gong)(gong)司這種行為影(ying)響到(dao)(dao)我正常生活,要(yao)求換貨或(huo)(huo)退貨。希望小(xiao)米(mi)公(gong)(gong)司能(neng)給消費(fei)者(zhe)一個滿意的答復。
