2013年(nian)8月(yue)15日(ri)左(zuo)右,我(wo)(wo)(wo)在(zai)(zai)京(jing)東(dong)上購買了(le)一(yi)臺索(suo)(suo)(suo)尼電(dian)視機,京(jing)東(dong)來(lai)送貨(huo)(huo)的(de)(de)(de)時(shi)候并沒有(you)告知我(wo)(wo)(wo)們(men)(men)(men)要拆(chai)箱(xiang)驗貨(huo)(huo),也沒有(you)讓我(wo)(wo)(wo)們(men)(men)(men)簽(qian)收任(ren)何單(dan)據,只是(shi)(shi)刷完卡后(hou)將貨(huo)(huo)物給(gei)(gei)了(le)我(wo)(wo)(wo)們(men)(men)(men),也沒讓我(wo)(wo)(wo)們(men)(men)(men)簽(qian)字收貨(huo)(huo)。兩天后(hou)我(wo)(wo)(wo)們(men)(men)(men)拆(chai)開包裝發現(xian)電(dian)視屏幕(mu)是(shi)(shi)碎的(de)(de)(de),明顯(xian)是(shi)(shi)磕(ke)碰導致的(de)(de)(de)。給(gei)(gei)京(jing)東(dong)打電(dian)話(hua),京(jing)東(dong)叫我(wo)(wo)(wo)們(men)(men)(men)找(zhao)索(suo)(suo)(suo)尼,給(gei)(gei)索(suo)(suo)(suo)尼打電(dian)話(hua),索(suo)(suo)(suo)尼說(shuo)(shuo)這是(shi)(shi)京(jing)東(dong)的(de)(de)(de)責任(ren)。到現(xian)在(zai)(zai)就(jiu)(jiu)這么一(yi)直(zhi)拖著(zhu),也沒給(gei)(gei)我(wo)(wo)(wo)們(men)(men)(men)一(yi)個答復。之前京(jing)東(dong)的(de)(de)(de)一(yi)個高(gao)管(guan)給(gei)(gei)我(wo)(wo)(wo)打電(dian)話(hua)說(shuo)(shuo)他(ta)跟送貨(huo)(huo)的(de)(de)(de)人(ren)員核實過(guo),說(shuo)(shuo)提示(shi)(shi)過(guo)我(wo)(wo)(wo)們(men)(men)(men)拆(chai)箱(xiang),但是(shi)(shi)我(wo)(wo)(wo)們(men)(men)(men)沒同意,還(huan)說(shuo)(shuo)可以上門(men)對(dui)峙。我(wo)(wo)(wo)說(shuo)(shuo)你們(men)(men)(men)當時(shi)根本沒提示(shi)(shi)我(wo)(wo)(wo)們(men)(men)(men)要拆(chai)箱(xiang),而且連收貨(huo)(huo)單(dan)都沒有(you),只讓我(wo)(wo)(wo)們(men)(men)(men)刷了(le)個卡就(jiu)(jiu)走(zou)了(le)。后(hou)來(lai)我(wo)(wo)(wo)又(you)給(gei)(gei)客服打電(dian)話(hua),我(wo)(wo)(wo)說(shuo)(shuo)我(wo)(wo)(wo)能直(zhi)接投訴送貨(huo)(huo)人(ren)員嗎(ma),他(ta)跟我(wo)(wo)(wo)說(shuo)(shuo)他(ta)不清楚(chu),說(shuo)(shuo)不在(zai)(zai)一(yi)個系統。問題到現(xian)在(zai)(zai)也沒解決!
