我(wo)于今年三(san)月購(gou)買了康佳42E350PDE,買時就發現(xian)(xian)(xian)前殼(ke)(ke)(ke)安裝有(you)問(wen)(wen)題(ti)(ti),請(qing)師(shi)傅(fu)(fu)上門檢(jian)測(ce)(ce),師(shi)傅(fu)(fu)上門檢(jian)測(ce)(ce)后說(shuo)不(bu)影響使用(yong),不(bu)能開具退貨的檢(jian)測(ce)(ce)報告,六月發現(xian)(xian)(xian)自(zi)然使用(yong)中(zhong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)視機(ji)前殼(ke)(ke)(ke)裂開,再(zai)(zai)(zai)次(ci)請(qing)師(shi)傅(fu)(fu)上門,師(shi)傅(fu)(fu)說(shuo)需要(yao)(yao)(yao)(yao)更換前殼(ke)(ke)(ke),但倉庫現(xian)(xian)(xian)在無(wu)殼(ke)(ke)(ke),需要(yao)(yao)(yao)(yao)等(deng)。并且說(shuo)明一(yi)定要(yao)(yao)(yao)(yao)把機(ji)拉(la)回去(qu)才(cai)可(ke)以(yi)(yi)更換,如果不(bu)拖(tuo)機(ji)回去(qu)無(wu)法更換,請(qing)問(wen)(wen)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)視無(wu)其他問(wen)(wen)題(ti)(ti),并且可(ke)以(yi)(yi)確認(ren)是何問(wen)(wen)題(ti)(ti)為(wei)什么還要(yao)(yao)(yao)(yao)把機(ji)器拉(la)回去(qu),影響我(wo)們至(zhi)少(shao)一(yi)周無(wu)法使用(yong),此后對康佳在線(xian)客服與電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)話(hua)(hua)客服多次(ci)咨(zi)詢,客服只(zhi)是轉交師(shi)傅(fu)(fu)此機(ji)需要(yao)(yao)(yao)(yao)維修(xiu),然后師(shi)傅(fu)(fu)再(zai)(zai)(zai)次(ci)打(da)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)話(hua)(hua)給我(wo)要(yao)(yao)(yao)(yao)求拖(tuo)機(ji),我(wo)都與客服說(shuo)過(guo)N次(ci),現(xian)(xian)(xian)在我(wo)就是認(ren)為(wei)沒必要(yao)(yao)(yao)(yao)拖(tuo)機(ji),電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)視是易損壞物品,為(wei)何在已(yi)(yi)確認(ren)問(wen)(wen)題(ti)(ti),不(bu)需要(yao)(yao)(yao)(yao)再(zai)(zai)(zai)次(ci)檢(jian)測(ce)(ce)的情況一(yi)定要(yao)(yao)(yao)(yao)拖(tuo)機(ji)呢,現(xian)(xian)(xian)此事已(yi)(yi)拖(tuo)了快兩個月,每次(ci)在康佳投訴都無(wu)果,只(zhi)會(hui)讓師(shi)傅(fu)(fu)打(da)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)話(hua)(hua)給我(wo)拖(tuo)機(ji).希(xi)望此次(ci)315可(ke)以(yi)(yi)幫忙解(jie)決這個問(wen)(wen)題(ti)(ti),謝謝
