1、工(gong)行(xing)(xing)在“本(ben)人(ren)(ren)(ren)不(bu)(bu)知情”的情況下核(he)發額度為(wei)1分(fen)錢的信(xin)(xin)用卡(ka)(ka)一張,并且“未(wei)(wei)經(jing)本(ben)人(ren)(ren)(ren)同(tong)(tong)意(yi)”即激活該信(xin)(xin)用卡(ka)(ka),但(dan)自07年(nian)(nian)(nian)(nian)6月產(chan)生(sheng)年(nian)(nian)(nian)(nian)費(fei)直(zhi)(zhi)到10年(nian)(nian)(nian)(nian)本(ben)人(ren)(ren)(ren)并不(bu)(bu)知道(dao)在工(gong)行(xing)(xing)有(you)張信(xin)(xin)有(you)卡(ka)(ka)并且一直(zhi)(zhi)欠著年(nian)(nian)(nian)(nian)費(fei)。直(zhi)(zhi)到10年(nian)(nian)(nian)(nian)收到工(gong)行(xing)(xing)短信(xin)(xin)提醒
2、我(wo)與(yu)工(gong)行(xing)(xing)協商后,把年(nian)(nian)(nian)(nian)費(fei)還上,工(gong)行(xing)(xing)又把年(nian)(nian)(nian)(nian)費(fei)退(tui)給了(le)我(wo),然后又重(zhong)新補發了(le)一張卡(ka)(ka)。本(ben)人(ren)(ren)(ren)正常使用至今(jin)。
3、今(jin) 年(nian)(nian)(nian)(nian)我(wo)購房到銀行(xing)(xing)貸款,銀行(xing)(xing)說(shuo)我(wo)有(you)超過20多次逾期還款不(bu)(bu)良記錄,無法提供貸款。
4、我(wo)并未(wei)(wei)到工(gong)行(xing)(xing)申(shen)請信(xin)(xin)用卡(ka)(ka),也(ye)并未(wei)(wei)簽署領用合同(tong)(tong),更沒(mei)有(you)激活信(xin)(xin)用卡(ka)(ka)。因(yin)工(gong)行(xing)(xing)過失,強加給本(ben)人(ren)(ren)(ren)的不(bu)(bu)良信(xin)(xin)用記錄。
5、要求,工(gong) 行(xing)(xing)需馬上消除本(ben)人(ren)(ren)(ren)不(bu)(bu)良信(xin)(xin)用記錄。如果因(yin)信(xin)(xin)用記錄造成直(zhi)(zhi)接損失,工(gong)行(xing)(xing)需承擔賠(pei)償責任
