我們(men)(men)家的(de)(de)(de)空調是(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)2011年10月購買,11月份(fen)才安裝的(de)(de)(de),現(xian)在(zai)是(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)2013年8月17日(ri)。空調已經(jing)不能運行了。打電(dian)(dian)(dian)話(hua)給蘇(su)寧電(dian)(dian)(dian)器(qi)客服報(bao)維(wei)(wei)修(xiu)(xiu),來人(ren)看過(guo)以后,說是(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)空調的(de)(de)(de)外機箱主板壞(huai)了。于是(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)告知(zhi)我們(men)(men)需要等(deng)主板從廣州調貨。時(shi)間(jian)(jian)過(guo)得很快,我們(men)(men)頂(ding)著37、8度高溫一(yi)等(deng)就(jiu)是(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)15天。期間(jian)(jian),我們(men)(men)反復和(he)蘇(su)寧電(dian)(dian)(dian)器(qi)客服溝通(tong),每次溝通(tong)均告知(zhi)我們(men)(men)要耐心等(deng)待,或(huo)者是(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)半個(ge)小(xiao)時(shi),或(huo)者是(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)2個(ge)小(xiao)時(shi)給我們(men)(men)答復具體的(de)(de)(de)維(wei)(wei)修(xiu)(xiu)時(shi)間(jian)(jian)。可是(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)這(zhe)(zhe)(zhe)(zhe)些都是(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)美(mei)麗的(de)(de)(de)謊(huang)言,客服只有服務的(de)(de)(de)態(tai)度,卻沒有服務的(de)(de)(de)行動(dong),我們(men)(men)除了漫長的(de)(de)(de)等(deng)待以外,就(jiu)是(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)一(yi)次次打電(dian)(dian)(dian)話(hua)過(guo)去(qu)(qu),從始(shi)至終(zhong),我們(men)(men)未接到過(guo)蘇(su)寧電(dian)(dian)(dian)器(qi)維(wei)(wei)修(xiu)(xiu)人(ren)員一(yi)次來電(dian)(dian)(dian)。蘇(su)寧電(dian)(dian)(dian)器(qi)的(de)(de)(de)維(wei)(wei)修(xiu)(xiu)之(zhi)路真是(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)艱(jian)難。這(zhe)(zhe)(zhe)(zhe)樣的(de)(de)(de)大企業怎么(me)還能繼(ji)(ji)續走下去(qu)(qu)了?國家給了消費者什么(me)服務呢(ni)?讓人(ren)百(bai)思不得其解。這(zhe)(zhe)(zhe)(zhe)就(jiu)是(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)現(xian)在(zai)蘇(su)寧電(dian)(dian)(dian)器(qi)的(de)(de)(de)態(tai)度:你(ni)投訴你(ni)的(de)(de)(de),我繼(ji)(ji)續賣(mai)我的(de)(de)(de),東西壞(huai)了與我何干?這(zhe)(zhe)(zhe)(zhe)真不是(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)人(ren)干的(de)(de)(de)是(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)!
