我(wo)在2008年(nian)7月(yue)(yue)購(gou)買了一臺三(san)星(xing)(xing)46A550寸(cun)液(ye)晶彩電,買來2月(yue)(yue)就出(chu)現(xian)了花(hua)屏(ping)(ping)(ping)(ping),三(san)星(xing)(xing)售(shou)后(hou)維(wei)(wei)修人員(yuan)本來說要(yao)(yao)更換(huan)(huan)(huan)邏輯(ji)板(ban)(ban)(ban),但(dan)當時拿來的(de)(de)邏輯(ji)板(ban)(ban)(ban)換(huan)(huan)(huan)上后(hou)無(wu)(wu)法顯示(shi),只更換(huan)(huan)(huan)了排線(xian),暫時解(jie)決(jue)(jue)了問(wen)(wen)題(ti)。在2009年(nian)8月(yue)(yue),電視又(you)出(chu)現(xian)了花(hua)屏(ping)(ping)(ping)(ping)現(xian)象,售(shou)后(hou)維(wei)(wei)修人員(yuan)說即便(bian)剛出(chu)保修期,也(ye)(ye)要(yao)(yao)自己掏錢修了,最(zui)后(hou)花(hua)了850塊錢更換(huan)(huan)(huan)了邏輯(ji)板(ban)(ban)(ban)。2012年(nian)中旬,彩電開(kai)機時右(you)邊屏(ping)(ping)(ping)(ping)幕(mu)就出(chu)現(xian)花(hua)屏(ping)(ping)(ping)(ping),不過5秒左右(you)就好(hao)了,屏(ping)(ping)(ping)(ping)幕(mu)左側出(chu)現(xian)一道(dao)豎線(xian),因不大影響收(shou)看,而(er)且也(ye)(ye)很不情愿再(zai)修理(li),故沒有(you)申(shen)(shen)請修理(li)。2013年(nian)7月(yue)(yue)初,彩電花(hua)屏(ping)(ping)(ping)(ping)變得十分嚴重,再(zai)次申(shen)(shen)請三(san)星(xing)(xing)售(shou)后(hou)維(wei)(wei)修,售(shou)后(hou)維(wei)(wei)修點申(shen)(shen)請更換(huan)(huan)(huan)了邏輯(ji)板(ban)(ban)(ban),但(dan)只能短(duan)時間(jian)改善,之后(hou)還是花(hua)屏(ping)(ping)(ping)(ping),維(wei)(wei)修點說是屏(ping)(ping)(ping)(ping)幕(mu)問(wen)(wen)題(ti),無(wu)(wu)法解(jie)決(jue)(jue),只有(you)換(huan)(huan)(huan)屏(ping)(ping)(ping)(ping)。
從這(zhe)(zhe)臺彩電購(gou)入(ru)后(hou),就問(wen)(wen)題(ti)不斷(duan),經過多次維(wei)(wei)修和更換(huan)(huan)(huan)配件(jian),還是無(wu)(wu)法解(jie)決(jue)(jue),三(san)星(xing)(xing)售(shou)后(hou)師傅也(ye)(ye)認為(wei)這(zhe)(zhe)種情況比較少(shao)見(jian)。所以,我(wo)認為(wei)這(zhe)(zhe)臺彩電是有(you)質量問(wen)(wen)題(ti)或至少(shao)是有(you)缺陷的(de)(de)。打(da)電話多次跟(gen)三(san)星(xing)(xing)售(shou)后(hou)4008105858電話溝通,最(zui)后(hou)三(san)星(xing)(xing)400回電也(ye)(ye)認為(wei)我(wo)的(de)(de)情況確(que)實特(te)殊(shu)(shu),但(dan)最(zui)終(zhong)處(chu)理(li)意見(jian)卻(que)是讓我(wo)承(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)擔(dan)換(huan)(huan)(huan)屏(ping)(ping)(ping)(ping)的(de)(de)80%費用(yong),要(yao)(yao)3600多快錢,他們只承(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)擔(dan)換(huan)(huan)(huan)屏(ping)(ping)(ping)(ping)的(de)(de)20%費用(yong)。
既然(ran)三(san)星(xing)(xing)認可了我(wo)的(de)(de)情況特(te)殊(shu)(shu),也(ye)(ye)就是說他們也(ye)(ye)認為(wei)彩電本身(shen)的(de)(de)存(cun)在問(wen)(wen)題(ti),就不應(ying)該讓消費者承(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)擔(dan)因產品(pin)本身(shen)問(wen)(wen)題(ti)所帶來的(de)(de)維(wei)(wei)修費用(yong)。所以我(wo)要(yao)(yao)求三(san)星(xing)(xing)免費為(wei)我(wo)換(huan)(huan)(huan)屏(ping)(ping)(ping)(ping)或者至少(shao)承(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)擔(dan)換(huan)(huan)(huan)屏(ping)(ping)(ping)(ping)的(de)(de)主要(yao)(yao)費用(yong)。
