康(kang)佳電(dian)(dian)(dian)視(shi)(shi)(shi)機(ji)購買了(le)兩年多,出現了(le)屏幕偶爾不出圖像的(de)(de)(de)故(gu)障(zhang),知(zhi)道已(yi)經(jing)過保修(xiu)期了(le),所以明白自(zi)己(ji)要(yao)花錢維(wei)修(xiu)。打了(le)售(shou)后(hou)電(dian)(dian)(dian)話,要(yao)交上(shang)門費(fei),所以說(shuo)我(wo)(wo)們(men)(men)自(zi)己(ji)把電(dian)(dian)(dian)視(shi)(shi)(shi)機(ji)送到(dao)售(shou)后(hou)點就(jiu)(jiu)(jiu)不用交上(shang)門費(fei),于是(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)就(jiu)(jiu)(jiu)把電(dian)(dian)(dian)視(shi)(shi)(shi)機(ji)送到(dao)了(le)天津市大港勝利電(dian)(dian)(dian)器(qi)的(de)(de)(de)康(kang)佳售(shou)后(hou)(電(dian)(dian)(dian)話里售(shou)后(hou)指定的(de)(de)(de))。之(zhi)后(hou)告訴我(wo)(wo)們(men)(men)沒有(you)(you)什(shen)么問題,就(jiu)(jiu)(jiu)是(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)清理了(le)一下什(shen)么線(xian)路,根本就(jiu)(jiu)(jiu)沒有(you)(you)換(huan)里面的(de)(de)(de)器(qi)件。竟然(ran)(ran)跟我(wo)(wo)們(men)(men)收取(qu)240元。我(wo)(wo)們(men)(men)當然(ran)(ran)和他理論,雖(sui)然(ran)(ran)我(wo)(wo)們(men)(men)不太了(le)解維(wei)修(xiu),但(dan)是(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)沒有(you)(you)換(huan)器(qi)件為什(shen)么要(yao)收取(qu)費(fei)用呢?令人驚(jing)訝的(de)(de)(de)事情就(jiu)(jiu)(jiu)是(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)他們(men)(men)也覺(jue)(jue)得很(hen)不合理,說(shuo)這是(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)廠家自(zi)定的(de)(de)(de)“規矩”!!!他們(men)(men)也很(hen)不理解。 所以我(wo)(wo)們(men)(men)要(yao)投(tou)訴,康(kang)佳這么大的(de)(de)(de)公(gong)司請(qing)(qing)給我(wo)(wo)們(men)(men)一個(ge)解釋,售(shou)后(hou)沒有(you)(you)換(huan)任(ren)何器(qi)件,卻(que)收費(fei)?而且連(lian)自(zi)己(ji)公(gong)司下面的(de)(de)(de)維(wei)修(xiu)售(shou)后(hou)都覺(jue)(jue)得對消費(fei)者是(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)一個(ge)侵權。雖(sui)然(ran)(ran)收取(qu)240元不多,但(dan)是(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)這個(ge)是(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)在(zai)沒有(you)(you)更換(huan)任(ren)何器(qi)件的(de)(de)(de)情況下進行的(de)(de)(de)。很(hen)久以來,我(wo)(wo)們(men)(men)的(de)(de)(de)維(wei)權意識(shi)都十分的(de)(de)(de)差(cha),平時很(hen)小的(de)(de)(de)事情能忍(ren)就(jiu)(jiu)(jiu)忍(ren)了(le),但(dan)是(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)這件事不能再含糊(hu)。請(qing)(qing)315投(tou)訴熱線(xian)幫助我(wo)(wo)們(men)(men)人民(min)群(qun)眾(zhong)早日解決問題。萬分感謝。
